Majored in art in High School, no college. Found a career in art as a Tattooer, started in 1983, still tattooing full time. I learned and started to engrave Sept 2010 and it is truly a new passion that i wished i learned much earlier in life. but as the saying goes everything happens for a reason.
I got basis engraving skill at GRS under Rick Easton, a year later I studied one on one with Ray Cover for an intermediate skill level, and plan on continuing learning, as long as the good Lord allows.
In Sept 2015 I spent a week studying with Sam Alfano at his studio in Louisiana.
